Unfortunately Shopify Inbox does have some issues with saving conversations, but our records do show your request and a new case was resent out to you on the 2nd of August. A full refund has been processed to you and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. If you receive the resent case, please do not worry about sending it back to us.
