• All items will be dispatched from Sydney via Australia Post within 24 hours of payment being received.
• All orders come with free untracked delivery.
• Optional tracked Eparcel delivery is available.
• Optional Express delivery is available and takes about 1-3 days (Please refer to the Australia Post website for estimated delivery dates)
• Pick-up is available, contact us upon selection at checkout to organise pick up.

Pick-up

This is complementary service to customers who wish to pick up their orders from our Sydney pick up point. Pick up can be selected on the shipping page.

• Pick-up sometimes may not be available. If this occurs you will be informed, the package can be held until a later pick-up date or be mailed out.
• Please notify us if you would like to reschedule pick-up. If there is no response and the parcel is not picked up within 2 weeks of the appointed date, it will automatically be mailed to the provided mailing address.
• An email will be sent out to acknowledge your selection of pickup and provide more information.
• This service is only available to orders from eastlakeselectronics.com.au
