Refund policy

If you discover an issue with your purchase please contact us immediately and we will arrange a solution for you.

For items lost in transit or damaged during delivery, a replacement can be provided. Refer to the Shipping Policy for more information about delivery times.

We can arrange a refund for change of mind. Please contact us for further instructions.

The process for pick-up parcels is the same as delivered parcels. They cannot be returned to the pick-up point.

For merchandise to be eligible for return:

  • Items must be returned 30 days from the purchase date
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Merchandise must be returned in an unused; brand new, resellable condition with its original packaging
  • Purchase must be from Eastlakeselectronics.com.au
  • Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless otherwise stated by the Eastlakes Electronics team
  • Any "sale" items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged

Please allow up to 7 days for your exchange/ return to be processed.

We suggest adding a tracking number/ delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Eastlakes Electronics is not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit/ delivery.
